As a lifelong percussionist and drummer, I’ve always felt the deep connection between rhythm and healing. Over the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to sound baths and breathwork, blending intuitive guidance with the wisdom I’ve gained from teachers and practitioners around the world. My work is rooted in the belief that sound and breath are gateways to transformation; tools that help us release, realign, and remember our true nature.
